Plane must have items

If you have not been on a plane for a while you may notice how fast they turn around. Guess what they sacrifice because there is no time? CLEANING

WATCH THIS SUPER QUICK TRAVEL BY S MOMENT. MY ON PLANE ROUTINE. IG QUICK VIDEO.

Airplane lands, people disembark and 10 min later you are getting on for your flight. I heard today that germiest places on a plane are headrest, seat pocket and seat tray. Moms change diapers on trays, people work on them, sleep with their face down drooling on them and then there is all the food and goo they spill. Last flight a guy next to me took off his shoes and rested his foot all over the seat pocket and arm rests. Headrest really freaks me out because that goes to personal hygiene, eek.

MUST HAVE ITEM #1

Sanitizer wipes or cleaning wipes are must have travel item in my book, and now when I travel with my husband he even asks if I am giving the plane a good cleaning first before he gets settled in. I get looks every time I get them out and wipe, but more and more I am getting smiles and people commenting how it’s a good idea. I always offer them one, and some even take it.

Circulating air in planes also circulates the dirt and wiping makes it clear just how much dirt there is. Clean wipes normally become gray and my approach is just eliminating the amount of foreign goo I get in contact with.

My routine is seatbelt buckles, arm rests, headrest, monitor, tray, seat pocket ledge, air vent and if I have a window seat window shade ledge. Really all things I will touch are wiped down. During cold and flu season it gives me a piece of mind that at least I am reducing the risk of catching a cold.

Post use

White wipes turned gray after my cleaning session. Dirt be gone. Smoother travel ahead!

MUST HAVE ITEM #2

Nasal saline spray. My sinuses totally dry out with re-circulated air and for flights longer than couple hours or if going to a dry climate I always bring these along. A couple inhales when I feel dry and my nasal passages are opened up and moisturized. Nasal spray can help fight against infection and cleans the sinuses during longer flights. It has made me feel better and has reduced the weird travel headaches I used to get after some trips.

My two creature comforts for flights. So whether it works or not, it makes me feel better and now I have a few friends that have also adapted the routine. Throw some in your next carry on and see if they become part of your routine.

MUST HAVE ITEM #3

Hand sanitizer which is great for travel in general and on a plane perfect for re-zapping germs after using the toilet.

Be Awesome and Sparkle.
